Moya Holdings Asia Ltd is listed on the Singapore stock exchange under the ticker MHAL or 5WE.SI. We are majority owned by Tamaris Infrastructure which acquired shares through a private placement & two rights issues. Gateway, a private equity fund & the public own the remainder.
