Collect
Raw water is collected from a water source provided by the local government water authority, like a river or reservoir, close by the location of our site and then pumped to our water treatment plants.
Treat
Our water is treated with coagulants so impurities stick together to form flocs, slowed down to allow floc particles to grow bigger, then passed through a sedimentation process where the heavy flocks settle to the bottom and are removed.
Our water passes then through filtration tanks where sand removes any remaining microscopic particles. In a final process the water is treated with disinfectants to protect it from bacteria

Distribute
Clean water is then pumped into pipes and sent through the local government water authority distribution network to the thousands of businesses and homes that need it
